Hargreaves Services Plc
Hargreaves Services Plc is a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors. They approached us to show the scale of their operation and offering to its fullest. We spent a year with them documenting the work across their multiple sites and filming with hundreds of staff across their divisions. The result was a wide ranging series of content from company overviews and onboarding videos right through to individual staff stories.
People Stories
Hargreaves wanted to show what a career with them was like and we suggested that the best way to do this was to let the staff do the talking. We picked five staff members across multiple divisions including their recently purchased CA Blackwell operation and filmed with them across their sites. The videos were presented as 1min, people led outputs to maximise online engagement. We also produced maximised our filming time for the client by filming the operational sites as well allowing for multiple content from a single days site filming.

Onboarding
In line with their staff stories and recruitment drive Hargreaves wanted to create an onboarding video to show new and existing employees the breadth of their offering and the opportunities within the company. With careful planning we were able to capture multiple site operations alongside individual site stories. This allowed us to bring value to the client whilst offering a diverse array of content for both on and offline viewing.
